Terms & Conditions


This rental is subject to the following terms and conditions which both parties (Lessee and Lessor) undertake to fulfill:
  1. The tenant only occupies the premises as a leisure activity, the exercise of any trade, profession or industry is formally prohibited, the premises covered by this contract are only rented as a temporary and leisure residence.
  2. The Tenant shall maintain the rented accommodation and returns it in a good state of cleanliness at the end of the contract. If necessary, in the absence of return of the rented place in a perfect state of cleanliness, the Tenant undertakes at his own expenses the cleaning that the Lessor is obliged to carry out. If items listed in the inventory are broken, damaged or missing, the Lessor may claim their replacement value.
  3. The Tenant respects the accommodation capacity, i.e. 4 people + 1 baby
  4. The Tenant respects the accommodation purpose and does not make any changes to the layout of the furniture and premises.
  5. The Lessee may not substitute for any person whatsoever, nor sublet, in whole or in part, even free of charge, the rented house, except with the written agreement of the Lessor.
  6. The Tenant is insured against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage and neighbors appeal, the rental furniture is insured (either through his own insurance contract covering the risks of seasonal rental, or by subscribing a specific insurance policy for the entire rental period). The latter will have to provide proof of it before entering the premises.
  7. The Tenant cannot exercise any recourse against the Lessor in the event of theft or depredation in the leased premises.
  8. The Tenant is not authorized to make any copy of the keys given by the Lessor.
  9. The Tenant shall refrain from throwing in the sinks, showers, toilets… Any objects likely to obstruct the pipes, failing which he will be liable for the costs incurred for the return to service of this equipment.
  10. The Tenant shall make any complaint concerning the installations within 48 hours of entering the accommodation. Otherwise, it cannot be accepted.
  11. The Tenant shall inform the Lessor as soon as possible of any damage affecting the home, its furniture or its equipment. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period are under the tenant’s responsibility.
  12. The Tenant cannot oppose the inspection of the accommodation if the Lessor or his representative so request.
  13. The Tenant authorizes the Lessor, or any third party appointed by the latter for this purpose, to carry out, during the rental period, any repairs ordered by emergency. The Tenant cannot claim any discount in rent in the event that urgent repairs incumbent on the Lessor appear during the rental period.
  14. The tenant avoids any noise or behavior, of his own, because of his family or his relations, likely to disturb the neighbors.
  15. The Lessor undertakes the maintening of the property covered by this contract in a satisfactory state of maintenance, cleanliness and safety. He undertakes inform the Tenant as soon as possible of any modification beyond his control that could affect the comfort or disturb the enjoyment of the rented property (disturbances, equipment failure…). In the event that an appliance or equipment having a major influence on the comfort of the Tenant should fail, the Lessor undertakes to implement the means allowing repair or replacement as soon as possible.
  16. The Lessor must ensure that the Tenant is having full enjoyment of the leased property over the whole rented period. The Lessor ensures the handing over of the keys or the access code. He shall refrain from disturbing the comfort or tranquillity of the Tenant throughout the duration of the stay.
  17. The Tenant waives any recourse against the Lessor in the event of theft or damage in the rented premises.
  18. The Tenant undertakes to make normal and reasonable use of the means of comfort (heating, electricity, water, etc.), as well as the equipment (household appliances, multimedia, kitchen, etc.) at his disposal.
  19. The Tenant is responsible for the use of the internet access made available to him during the rental period.
  20. We are equipped with a robotic lawnmower. Although safe, we ask you not to touch it (whether it is stopped or in operation).
  21. The use of the well is prohibited.
  22. Pets are strictly prohibited, except with written authorization of the Lessor.
  23. Smoking inside is forbidden (an ashtray is available outside)
  24. The fireplace is decorative, it is forbidden to use it.
  25. Access to outdoor games (swing, hut, slide & trampoline) are authorized under the full responsibility of the Tenant. In any case, no recourse can be exercised towards the lessor.
